If anyone is having trouble getting the images to display, make sure your TCP setting is set (options>advanced options>TCP). For T-Mobile the APN is wap.voicestream.com. No username/password

@Scott - I never had any issues with lost emails. If you need too, you can uninstall the software using Options > Advanced Options > Applications. I've since uninstall Empower and I'm currently using BBSmart Email Viewer which I'm writing a review that should be available shortly.

Is anyone else having a problem of emails getting lost after installing the empower html viewer. I love the program but am now experiencing for the first time people telling me that they sent me an email which I never got. A friend of mine has had similar incidents after installing the viewer.
Is there any way to dissable "empower" sending the mail? Even when it is not the default viewer, mail seems to got through "empower" I would prefer not buying their uninstall product to uninstall their faulty program, if that is the case.
thanks.

@Mike - The newest version, 1.1, will now display pictures for me. Check to see if you have the latest and check the options to make sure you have that feature turned on.
